Thanks for your replies.
I haven't tried those software mensioned above yet.
But can I have interactivity to the scene using those softwhere. I want not only for the user to zoom but also to pan and rotate along both X & Y axis.(on the web page)
The effect is actually a walkthrough.
thanks
Which OS are you on? I assume it is either Winnt/2000 or XP as you have NTFS. In that case go to disk manager, right click on the partition, select Format, in the resulting dialog box you have a drop-down menu to select NTFS or FAT
Or just go to console in Winnt/2k(command prompt) and type...
I have seen this in ads by automobile companies and realstate.
For example you can get a real in-car experience with this effect.
Basically you get two photos at right angles; join them to have the perspective view.
You can scan through it 360 degrees panning with mouse.

Sorry for offtopic post.
But I've been trying to PM you for over week now in reply to your PM but your box is still full; no one can PM you.
You did not check your email recently either, I think.
thanks
You need domain hosting as opposed to URL forwarding.
That is, yourdomain.com is entered in their DNS so you do not have to redirect to yourdomain.com to a free sub.theirdomain.com.
If that's what you are looking for try
http://web1000.com
http://netfirms.com
portland.co.uk
to name few...
You can get a free domain at http://dot.tk (yourdomain.com), but you cannot use that for domain hosting because you're not allowed modify nameservers; you can use that for only URL forwarding.
If you own a domain you can host it for free at http://web1000.com
Talking of WinME surely it is not only hiding the command prompt from the user, there is much more to it.
In Win 95/98 the user could stop at the the command prompt (F8 or Ctrl) and had the option to load Windows in a "debugging" mode for example by typing win/[parameter] e.g to handle memory...
The thing is what is happening in the backgroud is different for DOS than Windows even if it brings out the same result.
And commonsense is based on that
:)
The difference between PRINT SCREEN & ALT + PRINT SCREEN is first grabs everything on desktop and the second only the active window.
So apperantly if you are in Full screen mode either should work
thanks
This is a common misconception(perhaps OK for the laymen). This is true for Windows 3.11 and earlier. But Microsft has almost entirely rewritten the code for Windows 9x although has maintained backward compatibilty with earlier versions. See also my previous post
I think there is some confusion...
I'm not wrong
I do not know what you mean by "based on"
But here goes the story.
Oses fall under two categories
1. Multitasking e.g. Windows,Unix
2. Non Multitasking e.g. Dos
Also DOS has a 16-bit code and runs in real mode while Windows is 32 bit and runs in protected mode; it...
