Domain Hosting (a must have!)
FTP
cgi-bin (if possible)
5mb space.
500mb transfer.
User placeable banner, popunder, or text-link.

the banner is not user placeable.
it would get in the way of my layout terribly.
that and the fact i have had troubles with them not displaying my html ....
