Woooppppppss...sorry :o
Anyway, it's being offered by www.nomonthly.co.uk
I actually have a friend ho got a free account and is very pleased. He recommended them to me, but since I already have hosting and would have used the accounts for backups only, it wasn't worth it for the host.
So I...
So, from what you siad I'm guessing you think it's normal people come to you because they assume you'll be good. Who is going to say he's interested in your work if you haven't even showed your work to anyone...? Seriously...you'll never get any work this way.
Hello,
I'm seeking new freelance jobs from people interested in web design (static or interactive). I have been freelancing for a while; and you can see my website and some of my works at
subwaydesigns.net
My rates are cheap and negotiable, all you have to do is email me for an estimate...
Flash is great and Flash sites are not stupid...they can be just like any other site, just depends on the person making it. BUt I have to agree, Photoshop is by far the best graphics editor...too bad I don't have enough $$$ to buy it...Paint Shop pro is cool too.

You can see and download lots of source files at

too...
Thanks for the kind words...and yes, flash has lots of possibilities.
THe best IMO is XML. You can import and modify an xml file...go see www.egomedia.com for an example. Great stuff.
Thanks for your help, I'm less confused now.
You're right sense, I was actually considering godaddy, seems simpler and they hve an ok website (which is important for me).
Ok, I'm completely new to this, so bear with me.
Let's say I want to get my domain name registered from a registrar (I'll use http://www.gandi.net as an example, cause they're simple+cheap).
I get an account there, and click on "your domain name". I give them the adress I would like to...
If you get lucky, you won't get the bandwidth error message :) I'm getting a new server soon...patience.

*EDIT: NEW HOST (finnaly)*
Well...
I have a flash intro that's 598 KB, and the actual website tht's maybe about 200 KB...add to that ~50KB for pics and html, + maybe the visitor will visit my loops section...which is ~400KB per section (x3 if he wanted to see all of them...x7 if he downloaded them...) see where I'm...
ok...
ok, stupid question :) The thing is my site is , if you counted everything something like 1MB, and I 'm hoping a maximum of 3-400 visitors will pass by (by day), once I get it running. So lets say I need more than 10 gigs bandwidth limit  Is that more plausible?
Could anyone recommend a host with:
-Unlimited bandwidth
-Nothing fancy (no php, mysql, cgi or asp stuff)
-cheap, reliable, fast
-nice control panel
-50MB minimum
-domain registration
Thanks,
Lazarus
