i know that anyone can have a wonderful sites without a top-level domain, but how we can know that he will do??

we provide a fast and direct hosting and if we will ask to review contents in advance it will not be a fast hosting.

Well it's just a forum now but we intend to make a site so is that still okay. We are getting like ten hits a day and we just made it 3 days ago is that still okay.
