currently to change your details you have to email your old details to support@zhosting.tk and say what you would like them changed to. It is planned for this to become automatic.

why dont zhosting.tk have its own SUPPORT FORUM ?

FWS is not a HOST SUPPORT FORUM

When I install the new version of Zpanel it has a help system integrated so there is no point in building one now. Support is currently via email, and NOT this forum, it is just that if they post here I am not going to ignore them.
