There's a file named header.tpl and footer.tpl in the folder in which your forums theme is. You can add the ad code into those files and it will show up on your forums. You will most likely have to play around with the positioning of the ad code in order to get it to show up right on your forums.

Just want to say thanks to your great free services and i have sign up with your company for hosting : ) after trying it out for a week [Truely great services and YES the server does become faster after you pay for hosting ~ which is worthed everything that you paid for) but there some little error and i think i need permission from your server ? not 100% sure on this but this is the error i get when trying to upload avatar to my page
