Thanks for the list. Adsense has been pretty good, but I've been thinking about adding the text adds like clicksor or chitia. I probably spelled one of those wrong.

Tribal Fusion is the holy grail for CPM ads, but they have extremely high requirements.

Other really good advertisers for CPM are valueclick media, casale media and I heard Burst media wasn't too bad, though the first 2 are probably better. They have requirements too, but it's very typical.
