php on the desktop?

idea:
make an HTML page, 100% frame, and have the frame go to the php page you want. jsut host the php page somewhen, like on a FWP on the i-net. ez

I'm having a LOT of problems getting apache set up....I'm not used to this really hardcore DOS-type stuff.

You can still use Win32 to edit stuff.
