Must have Possibility to upgrade to reseller / dedicated later

As a note, 99% uptime is abysmal. Most good hosts will get around 99.9 (give or take a tiny amount). But for $6 I think you're asking for a lot with an established company. You'll see offers for that price, but not from companies like www.hostgator.com or www.ez1web.com who have been around and won't disappear on you.

dannymatt is correct. You would be talking at least $10.00/mo However, you may find some hosts offering this as a promotion or something.

Anyways, you can take a look at what Real Php Hosting can offer you. I know we are not around as long as you specified but we have no intentions on going anywhere for a long time to come.
