Unfortuanetly in that price range I cannot offer you what you want. If you were to raise your price range, I could give you a quote. But you are looking way too low. You are looking for a ton of space and bandwidth plus a free domain for $4 - $5 a month? That seems pretty low to me. Well you might be able to find it if you do not care about reliability and support.
