Dream Computer!

Ahh my next computer WILL BE a Mac. Probably a MacBook Pro or the PowerMac type model they release with Intel Core Duo in the future. Yea.

I have to agree. My next computer will probably be a Mac. Probably a G5.

Though my current computer (2.08Ghz, 1GB ram, ~700GB Space, 128mb video, dvd burner/cd burner, dvd-rom) has been very very stable (i built it like 2 years ago) and am very happy with it. It gives me noooo problems what so ever. And XP Pro runs great on it.

So I may stick it out until this one just dies. Though I do have my Dell 700m laptop as well.

Anyway, I've changed my mind on an OS, Linux seems the real deal.

i really dont see what the big idea with getting HUGE hard drives is? Does it make you feel special? I mean personally I got a 160 GB and I have used no more than 40-50 GB of it even with all my music and graphic design software, broadcasting software ETC... I understand ram and processor speed, but even with all the work I do, I dont need anymore than 1.5 GB ram and a 3 GHZ processor, nvm a 4 GHZ over clocked or 3.8 GHZ. Lol, hey Id rather buy more than one of this computer for my computer club instead of paying $7000 for a super PC...

And speaking of OS, I personally like Linux Suse, its got a Mac like design to it and no viruses and stuff like stupid windows

Its like a free version of mac to me, expect not to many things are compatable with it.

Thats amazing for a school computer.. usually they have 1.5Ghz max.

Well, I know how to find my PC specs now, I don't know how I didn't know lol I found it out myself and it was so simple

Currently:

Intel® Pentium®
MProcessor 1500MHz
592MHz, 512mb of RAM
DVD-ROM/CD-RW Combro Drive
80GIG HDD
15.4" WXGA High Def. Widescreen Display

But I want to see if I can get:
More RAM, 500+mb is not even 1GIG.
18.0" WXGA high def. WS display
120GIG HDD
