The domain extension only has 4 characters as co.uk, me.uk, co.nz, co.jp, etc has, that's good! Always fun to be special and not always use same domains as others does even if they are free

How could you complain when you get it for free? You should be thankful.
You can only complain if they promise something and then can't back that up, but I don't see anywhere where they wrote that they are the fastest webhost in here, their site seems to go fast so I really doubt their services are slow.

Nope, it's down. The server is up and running (responds to pings) but it's refusing http connections.
