Hostultra have both of webftp and ftp.

It is the good host but hostultra is better. Bcoz they down for 2 times and close all account on october then they reaccepts again on november i think that unrelible host.

Ur information isn't correct they give away 20 mb of space,fast ftp,filemanager,cgi,pl,asp and php can run every directory also MySQL support. Can hosted ur domain if u have no domain ur url will look like www.thcity.com/urname I think that's hotlinking is allowed.
