It's not legal in all of Nevada, only in counties with a population under some set limit that I don't know. That's why it's still illegal within city limits of Las Vegas, Reno, etc. It's illegal to prostitute yourself on the street, you can only do so through a licensed and regulated brothel. There are also many regulations on what can be done. There are many and frequent required health inspections for the prostitutes, condoms are required for everything from intercourse to hand stimulation, and there is to be no anal contact or kissing. It's also illegal for a brothel to advertise, which is why few are known. From looking at a few websites, it seems one visit will cost in the neighborhood of $200. So far, Nevada has been the only state to legalize it.

That is the biggest load of lies I have ever heard. ESPECIALLY THOSE PERCENTAGES, I would suspect it would be less than 1%.

Bestality should be made highly illegal, and for once I agree with the justice system of countries like Egypt. If you get caught you get shot by a firing squad.
