Windows dedicated server - budget is no constraints

For atleast 6 months for sure, and as per latest talks with teh company, I might require 3 servers simultaneously.

And please also let me know of any legal issues related with it.

If you seriously want to crank out that much mail, then multiple servers on fat pipes is going to be your only solution. I'd suggest you contract it out to a specialist mailing company as they will probably already have fast mailing systems
