Yep. They seemed great to me too. Have been excellent with support etc
But today my doamin is down and so is theirs. I emailed their support on two diff addresses, Pm'd them here and I have one of them on my MSN but he is offline so sent an email to his hotmail. No answers.

See, I can pick em! Sites have been offline ALL day.

First of all, Please accept my apologies for the downtime we had.

We had a downtime on server1 due to firewall problems & the server had to be manually fixed from the datacenter to solve the issue.

Again, we are very sorry about the downtime & the problems this caused to you.

I thought I would update you ......

I went with Duport and have been there ever since. Can I add that I have so far had a superb service, reliable and friendly when I have needed a little help (mainly my own fault :classic2: ) but my site has run superbly ....

I would highly recommend and thank them in the process
