what to do with extra domains?

i reckon you should keep up the redirection service for at least 3 of the domains (the shortest) especially as cjb.net started putting popups on peoples accounts.

if i saw this post earlier i would of signed up but i have found a perfect alternative to cjb.net

another idea would be giving some1 else a go at running a redirection service with you or advertising your services further.

I thought they only place popups if you enabled some optional feature.

yeah, when you use url cloaking
This is news to me, because the last time I checked with them (a long time ago actually) they only placed ads when you enabled MX records or something like that, URL cloak was still ad free.

That sucks.

Im confused now. How did this .biz thing work? They didn't charge u to register it!? I thought it was like 50 bucks or soemthing. Can someone explain how it worked?

i still haven't seen any cjb.net accounts with any type of extraneous advertising.

well i went to my site when i used the cjb.net redirect and i got 2 popups, one is bad enough but 2!?

I just got one... they said they would send the billing by email...i didn't get it and now hours later it says the domaiin is taken. Is it still free?

Try going to my site: http://dto.cjb.net

You'll notice that I have enable the URL cloaking, yet there are no popups. And I didn't use the MX records thing.

nonono!!!! you all dont understand, i didnt at 1st till i read my HTML code of the redirect, have a look

<frameset border="0" rows="100%,*">
<frame name="frame" src="http://ozefrog.badpenguin.net/">
<frame src="http://ads.cjb.net/redirect.html?99889097353406">
</frameset>

notice the ad page is in a new frame (invisible) every so often it refreshes and opens a new browser window, thats why sometimes you see them. and that explains how they would use it under url cloaking.

so LEX try again but leave your site open for a while

Okay, I finally saw it after waiting for about a minute. Just like what they said when you modify your account next to the URL cloaking option.

Switch to wzr.net then.
