CommunityOne, Inc will design your website for a very low price. We have 3 "pre-made" packages which you can get for your company or organisation (or whatever type of site you want except the rules below).

Sites that will NOT be designed:

- Anything to do with pornography, warez, nudity or any adult content.
- Anything violating national or global laws or treaties.
- Nothing that violates copyright laws.

Here are the packages:

Bronze Package

5-10 pages designed, One banner and buttons for each page, 1 script installation

$20/page in addition to $15/site

Silver Package

15-25 pages designed, Two banners and one set of butons for each page, 5 scripts installation.

$20/page in addition with $25 for whole site.

Gold Package

25-100 pages, unlimited images, 20 scripts installation.

$20/page in addition with $50 for whole site.

I have said it before and I will say it again, if you don't like the offer, just ignore the post.

If you guys put yourself in the position of offering your services here, you wouldn't like for people to pick it to pieces would you?

how would you distinguish criticismsfrom insults?:confused:

are only comments allowed like "Great host!!", "I love your hosting", "This is the best"...etc ?


I believe we won't get any constructive discussions by doing this.

He/she wasn't open to discussion, there was a contact for requesting a package. But those that did reply were putting down the web design of his/her own site. A site review was not requested. :rolleyes:

yeah but it's better to see that the designer has a nice and well designed website on his own, so people (aka potential customers) know what his skills are, or at least having a portfolio but even that lacks on the site

I myself am absolutely not attracted by that website and wouldn't think of buying a design by him!
 
Yes, and that is your opinion, instead of slating somebody elses business why not keep your opinion to yourself?

Why should they care if you don't want to buy a design from them, I am sure there are many other visitors to these forums than just you

Well, if you want to think my services are bad, you can think that. I don't care. Just don't post bad comments on my services in MY thread. I DID NOT ask for a review or a critique so lay off my services.

Well, here you go.

I will be adding examples during the next two weeks, I have a ton stored on my computer, so you can see the example sites I have created.
 
I think there is one example on his site: go to services and on the bottom (under clients image) there is a link

This is simply a thread to promote my services and I have a client which likes my services very much so you can think what you want to, so just LAY OFF MY THREAD!

I am not here to praise or criticise your hosting/designing.

However, on the issue of people responding to threads, I like to make some points:

1. No on "owns" a thread. A thread starter is just someone who starts a thread and he/she has no right (or power, for that matter) to tell people what to type on their keyboards.

2. Anyone is liable to criticisms if they make a statement in the public ( whether in real life or cyberspace ). It's just like when a politician or anyone who make a public announcement, newspapers, editorials, TV news, or whoever can always make their reponse.

Another example is when a company makes a crappy game ( I am not saying yours is), it can not tell game magzines not to review it just because the company did not ask for a review.


I guess in simple words: To make a statement in the public, you should be prepared for public opinion.

Accually Liable is a very tricky case law. First you have to prove that this persons comments are damaging, and second you have to prove them untrue.

Now if I said that I would not pay a canadian quarter for a web design by you, how are you going to prove that I am lying

Those of you with websites that are replying to this thread, I seriously don't think you would even (as someone said) pay a Canadian Quarter for my services.
And then, this thread is geared towards those WITHOUT websites.

Think what you want about my services but don't post negative comments in this thread.

As Jan said, if you don't like the offer, just ignore the post.
