He said to be the one creating the entire web, and he owned a webhosting that was runned by him and 2 Assasins that he hired from Japan.

EDIT: He told me he personally knew George Bush and that he was a member of ThePirateBay that he rightfully downloaded things from the web because he owned it. George Bush has personally signed a blank paper of agreements on this.
