The longest running series (Video Game)

I rediscovered my love for NBA Jam today. I know it's only very very loosely related to this thread. It's nowhere near the oldest game nor does it have the most titles, but let's face it. When you turn on the red high top turbo action and put your opponent in his place while that announcer yells "BOOMSHAKALAKA!!!" as you abuse the net with a sick dunk...there is no better gaming experience :p

FROM DOWNTOWN!!!
Tournament Edition ftw.

I had NBA Jam TE for Game Gear. Awesome 3on3 action. And then there were secret codes to be different people. Billy C. Spike Lee Each of the beeSTEEboyz. Oh, and when the ball was on FIRE, look out.

Game Gear takes me back too... but the SNES takes me back even furthur. Did you also know that Sega was the first company with a next generation console?

game gear rules. I think it was last year I was on my way home from chicago and was stuck in a huge traffic jam and spotted a video game store off at the next exit. it took me about half hour to move 1/4 mile to the exit where they had a second hand video game store. I bought a game gear and like 10 games for $50 and played it in the traffic jam for the next 3 hours....that saved me from running everyone over

Now if only 8-Bit Theater was able to be put on like a cell phone, I-Pod (Video) or a PDA?

The PDA I believe can already if it has WinXP Mobil installed.

MARIO HAS BY FAR BEEN IN MORE GAMES

Yea, I was gonna go through all those Mario games and list the ones I've played but then I decided the list was too long to bother and decided to reply anyways and then I decided to make this a run on sentence.

Yeah well... Final Fantasy is the longest running Final Fantasy game ever.

NBA Arcade @ my laundromat. I need something to do after I crush the top score in wordster.

What about need for speed? There's 11 of them :)

NFS1 / NFS2 / NFS2 SE / NFS3 / NFS4 / NFS5 / NFS motor city / NFS6 / NFS under1 /NFS under2 / NFS: MW

I don't know why but I always associate RPG's with asians.
"Sakhuratan found magic potion. +5 Health" Boring...

I think WWF/WWE Has more titles not that I'm gonna go find them all but they had ---- all the way from NES and it seems like every pay per view comes w/ it's own video game these days. Ahh, the good old LJN rainbow, memoriies!!

Yeah, I totally played Wrestlemania on the SNES...Bret Hart hit the sharpshooter everytime!

But it was the Royal Rumble, so you couldn't win that way.

I actually preferred WrestleMania Arcade for SNES (brought to you by the makers of Mortal Kombat) but that's for another thread...
