Hello
This is nijam i would like to know that what is the best SEO link building strategy for 2013?

Thanks

Self proclaimed "SEO experts" will hate me for saying this but I have learnt the lesson from my own mistakes: the best link building strategy is building content.

Unfortunately, newbie webmasters read a few articles and those describe link building as your own nuclear tool for dominating the search engines. While I am not saying that you are one of these, there is always a place for new knowledge.

You can, of course, write some useful content and point back to your website, but that alone is extremely time consuming and when you stop you also stop getting the benefits and your ranks will start failing. My advice is to build HYBER-DUPER-AWESOME content. Show your visitors that you have an unique approach to the subject and they will more then likely point back to your website. Link by link, article by article, you will become more popular and your rankings will increase naturally.

You can get your website some initial boost through social media. Build your audience and "entertain" your audience.

Sorry for the long post, I am hoping that some webmasters will consider this information because even though learning from your mistakes is the best, it isn't always the fastest.

Agreed. Content is King as far as SEO strategies are concerned. Nothing worse than using an overload of SEO tools and strategies, and when one gets to the Website it has almost no content and some of it is repeated on all of the pages. One can only go so far with SEO. If there is no content, people will wise up to it pretty soon.

A good SEO strategy is to build links from relevant sources such as niche based guest posting and niche based blog commenting. Article marketing is a good way to build in high quality links. Promoting your website in social networks like Facebook and Twitter is also essential nowadays to generate high volume of traffic to your website.

A good seo strategy on page and off page seo.
on page seo.
First of all write a unique and easily read content.
make as a title keyword relevant, and Url.
meta tag, robot.txt.
off page seo
Build high quality backlinks of keyword relevant.

A good "SEO strategy" is to just build the site with relevant content and not worry about using lame-brain tactics to try and boost your search engine score. It's all a bunch of nonsense.

I agree that good content should be the basis of any company that wants their site to do well. The problem is that newer or smaller companies, despite selling or offering the same or better products or services, don't get the recognition they need to do well without these tactics. And then there are other companies that may offer poorer services or products that are completing SEO tactics and getting higher search results. I think all companies now need to do some SEO work in order to get the rankings they deserve. Seems a bit sad that they now have to do more when many companies services are better.

So how exactly do you determine what companies "deserve" a higher search engine rank? From what I read, you're basing it on those who provide "better" products and/or services, right? How do you come to that conclusion? Words like "better" are extremely subjective. It sounds like a matter of opinion, doesn't it? You don't think Google has taken into consideration those who hire these "SEO Specialists" to try and cheat search results by manipulating the system? So, let's say hypothetically, there's a pool of 10 companies, all of which are selling the same product or service. They all decide to hire a "SEO Specialist" to optimize their site... at that point, how exactly are you optimized, and optimized against whom? Like I've been saying for years, it's all a scheme. Build a website, fill it with quality content, then promote it online through forums and social media and then call it a day. Don't waste time and energy getting caught up on stupid nonsense.

Definitely. But at the same time SEO has become so sophisticated and specialized that the traditional way of back linking as much as possible and generating artificial traffic aren't working any longer. In fact, Google has become so specialized on checking on that that some of it could work counter-productive and even lead to penalties if one doesn't know about it. Think the art of SEO has become sophisticated enough to employ SEO consultants on the job, or to at least study some of the latest SEO strategies before one jumps out to promote a Website.

For getting the best results through SEO, it is important to check your backlink profile first. There might various unwanted links in your profile and it is important to get rid of them first. Make sure, that you are getting backlinks from the most authoritative websites as quality is more important than quantity.

Wrong. The "art of SEO" has become sophisticated enough for people to stop trying so hard to cheat the system and just fill their site with quality content, and be done with it. As a heavy search engine user, when I conduct a search, I want to be pointed to relevant results, and sites that actually feature the content that I'm searching for... not some lame brain nonsense site where the "webmaster" has spent a ---- ton of money trying to fool search engines with bogus keywords and nonsense backlinks. They're not stupid.

2013 has already been past. And on Sep 28th, 2013, Google launches hummingbirds, so we should care about the quality of our backlinks and pay more attention to our contents. PS: it is better for us to use some long-tail keywords after the updates of Google hummingbirds.

Me too. But is it my imagination but Google search engine itself is coming up with worse and worse search results along the lines of supposed to put the most relevant and valuable results first but ends up with something less than that. There are more junk results pushed to the top of the results than ever before.

I agree on that. I am seeing more and more forums listed pretty high on Google.nl with peoples opinions, I don't care about those.

My suggestion about link building strategy, base on my experience. Article posting with keyword back links will improve your traffic everyday then social bookmark and share to social media etc. the article already post. It will improve your stats.
