It's a pretty standard template isn't it? Looks pretty much like thousands of other sites. In the end a forum hits or misses on its content rather than its design though, so I'd worry about finding a reason for people to use your site over the one they currently use.

Edit: I just saw a sticky thread saying that forums don't get reviewed - oops!

Technically, people say portals make it LOOK like a site. >>; that's TOTALLY wreeeorang. Also, I like the scheme, but this topic won't last long due to it being a forum-only site.
