You will need a dedicated. I have a 300GB dedicated which costs me $50, But you won't find lower than that
 
The cheapest VPS you can get it around the price range of $20.00 - $30.00 depending upon the specifications. However, it varies from one hosting company to another.

Also, please make a note, with a VPS again you will not get 200GB space and 2000GB Bandwidth. :)
 
What I may suggest is that if you plan on your site making money, then eventually it will pay for a dedicated, but for now I would suggest that you get a shared with much less requirements, and move up from there. When you reach your limit, upgrade. Then upgrade to a dedicated server. But you will not find those specs for that price.
