@least 50mb space
@least 2gb transfer
@least 1 FTP acct
@I can use my own TLD (myname.net) and NOT a subdomain (myname.yourname.net)
@NO ADS/ NO POSTING REQUIRED
@Won't be dead next week

Would Be Nice:
PHP/MySQL/cPanel

I hope this is reasonable because I don't wanna have to pay for something this small.

Hmm, since you don't want to have ads or post in forums, I normally wouldn't reply to this kind of topic; but, since your request is reasonable (unlike a lot of the requests here), I may be able to host you. Would a small link-back to our site (possibly an 88x31 button) be OK?
But I have to ask this, though: what is the subject of your site?

Considering it would only cost you about $15 per year, I would recommend avoiding free hosting.

It's a page for my brother. Him and his friends make their own art and flash works and need a space to put up their html and their artwork etc. for display. A preview is here:
