New Site

Well, the way I see it is that the design is a pre-made design. 0/10. Pop-up ads aren't getting the score higher, and I can just as easily sign up at proboards.com for a forum like that.
 
Tested in Opera with a 256K connection to the Internet, 800x600 resolution.

Page loaded in approx. - sorry, I got distracted.

Site is very simple, very easy to use. Perhaps not have so many discussion options, I hate have to scroll down forums to find what I want - try three discussion sections, a general section and an announcement section (not that anyone actually pays attention to announcements).

I'm not fond of the ads - but Opera blocked any popups (read posts above) so that's fine.

My recommendation: design your own forum template and make it more personal
