Hello,
Im looking for a reseller hosting with ~4gb and unlimited traffic.There must also be cpanel,fantastico and unlimited addon domains.My budget is <13.I can pay only via Credit card and e-gold.

Sorry but nobody can offer you unlimited traffic. You need tell extractly how much banwidth u want, then people can give you offer. And 4GB for 13 $ is too low :)

How much is the highest bandwidth u can offer?

No, unlimited is impossible. Keep in mind that unmetered and unlimited are different things.

Unlimited is just that..unlimited.

Unmetered would be giving you a dedicated line with a set rate (IE: 1.5mbps) If at any time the traffic goes over 1.5mbps the site will slow drastically until it goes under 1.5mbps.
