Here's what i need.

75 mb. of space (more if possable)
100 mb. of b/w (more if passable)
file size limit 4-10 mb. (no limit if possable)
Sub-Domain (this is not nessary, but would like one)
Cpanel (Fantastico if possable)
1 Email acount (not nessary)
don't mind ad's (pop's up, text links, but please no banners)
Free (thats kinda a no brainer)

What's the catch? We do require posting on our forum community in order to signup for the above. Hosting applications require 25 good "non-spam" posts and to be an "active member" as you put it is simply 15 posts per month AVERAGE. That is an average which means if you come on one day and post 30 posts, we technically don't need to see you again for another two months. etc. It's rediculously easy.

**Unmetered space should not be confused with unlimited space as it is not the same thing. Unmetered means we have not pre-set a hard limit configured in advance. Up to about 500 MB, we don't care. From 500 MB and above, we might keep a closer eye on you, etc.

WTF?? He said if possible, the server should come with Fantastico. Dumbass.
 
Again his sig is a fairly up to date bit of kit - pay for it if you can afford that and leave the free stuff open for those that need it.
