need a free host!

i need to host net2ftp (net2ftp), so i need a free host (prefferebly no ads, but popups are ok, not spam popups), php support with ftp module installed.

Server Net2FTP already installed

PHP, ASP, MySQL, SSI, Plesk, Etc ...

i've been there before and it looks great, but i'm afraid i cant maintain 15 post a month (i know it may sound silly)

Why do you need to host this?

Because i work on a restricted computer and the only way to get files in and out is through ftp. Now ftp is disablet and i have no way of getting files in and out. Thats why i thought using something like net2ftp to access ftp, since web browsers still have access to the net (http)
