Med-Large VPS - cPanel - >512MB

Hey ladies and gents.
Basically I would like a VPS offering the specs below or better:

• At least 512MB
• cPanel and Virtuozzo Included in the Price
• Managed
• Only Really Need a few GB of disk space, so if i cut down anywhere, it will be there.
• Only need about 100GB bandwidth also small, so cut down there as well.
• Free set-up and transfer from a basic iPower web hosting plan.
• The usual php mysql domains etc...

Budget is $40 per month.
Already found one at that price that fits these conditions, so I'm looking for better than $40 per month.
Note that i will probably be in for a long time, ie 2 years.

For 40 a month, you will not get a managed VPS with those Specs and cPanel etc thrown in. Not from a reliable provider anyways.
I would consider putting up your budget.
However, if you are willing to purchase annually I would be willing to cut a good deal with you.
I will wait your response before making an offer.

Agreed with Dan. Get what you pay for I doubt you will find someone reliable enough to stay 2 years with at that price.
