Looking for VPS

Hi,

I'm looking for a VPS for my anime streaming site, nothing is hosted on it, just linking, but it uses quite a lot of CPU and it got suspended from my shared hosting due to its unique system, so I decided it's time for move to a VPS.

Well I don't need much, just need 1GB of space , a lot of RAM bandwidth.. no more than 50GB a month [I doubt I'll even use that much] Please note that the main reason I need a VPS is due to CPU Usage, so I need a good VPS.

I need it A.S.A.P as I need to get my site back online. I also like the Cpanel control panel if you can get that on VPS ^^

My limit is $30-40 per month. Please put your offers her

With that budget there is definitely a lot you can do. Anime streaming site.. is the content legal? Since you mention nothing is hosted on it I assume it is not.
