Well like I said its a very little amount of Java which I can remove. Really don't want it on the site anyway.

As far as imagemagick goes, I do not know what version is installed. We installed the one provided with cpanel. However if need be we can manually update imagemagick.

Is the Vbulletin License you have legal and registered at Vbulletin.com?

Hosts are as much responsible for their clients website as the client.. and Vbulletin don't play.
