Tang - You're using Managed.com to host your server...they most likely oversell their bandwidth, so how can you make a guarantee that you don't oversell when your own provider oversells?

I'm not sure if Managed.com has a good reputation or not, they used to be horrible, but I guess you can say that their new management is better.

I'll tell you one thing, EVERY data center oversells. No, we don't have proof, but it's pretty obvious.

I'm not bashing, I was just questioning his policy. I received a reasonable answer which I have no problem with.

Run a search on WHT (www.webhostingtalk.com) for "Managed.com" and goto the last page (oldest data) and you'll see stuff from just a year ago saying how horrible they were.
