No we aren't really giving anything other then the free hosting the site is being made for. Though I'm pretty much allowing admins and such to do as they like.

Emails with everything you need are being sent now.

OK, so in return for the wokr these staff do, what do they get? A salary? Free Hosting?

Well now that we have two really good admins they will get there share of the profit if we start making money. As for mods and other teams, no you really don't get anything other then that good feeling for helping.
