Looking for a free host....

I'm now looking for a free host for the last time (hopefully).
This is what I need:

4 MySQL Databases
4 POP e-mail addresses
Fantastico (is a must!)
Cpanel (if you have something similar i will use it)
Forum Activation is OK but instant activation is better.
I really want to download a .zip file but if you don't allow that its ok
Online editor

The reason I need a new host is:

http://www.leamhost.com/ has disabled ALL free hosting until further notice. http://www.buildtolearn.com hasn't responed to my request.

What happen to your FrostyHost account?

they were supposed to delete it. they were too slow and didn't allow me to make my own FTP accounts.

I didn;t know you wanted your account deleted. I've looked through ll emails, helpdesk, and forum entries... no such request.

BUt I have deleted the account since I assume this post was a request to do so...

Our speed will match anyone out there...

I posted the above knowing it is going to suck into my bandwidth, but since the quality of Frostyhost is broght into question I felt it was prudent.
