That's a myth. It's even at snopes, but I'm too lazy to find it. Robert, by criminal code, he means the code cops use to denote something. I've heard so many pot smokers say that's what it is. It's not. It's just another excuse to smoke weed, but it got around so fast that people believe it. It turns out it seems to have started with these kids in California going out to smoke pot at 4:20, every day, and now it's become a cult number in pot circles.

It doesn't matter HOW it was started.. I can tell you it's an official and national day in the U.S. lol.

Happened to a friend once. He was behind some sort of tenis club thing, and the alarm went off...he stumbled out quickly.
