I made this lately. I hope to get some review from you guys. It's a modified pic of myself. Creepy huh? LOL! :biggrin2:

Did you do that with a custom brushset in a selected area in either GIMP or PS? Because that's what I'd do.

By the way, Magic Wand good tolerance would be between 5 ~ 20 (10 is what I use)

Nope dude. I have a gruesome pic and blend it with my photo. Made the grusome image to Softlight and Opacity of about 50%. Then I used the Burn Tool and burned the shadow parts. Then I also made some Image Adjustments. I sponged my photo before puting the gruesome image to make my photo paler BTW.
