He could get mycoolworld.us or even change the name and get a good .com ... but I am 100% sure that the owner is 16 (or 13), he couldn't afford a domain but one of his friends gave him a reseller to play with. IMO I don't think that this site will last, but I may be wrong ...
 
Even for the first 20 members, you are looking at 20 gb space and 200gb transfer MINIMUM. If you really have so much space, you should tone it down to a quarter of what you are asking. You will last much longer that way, and not piss people off when you close down, most likely with little notice.
