I thought http://www.tk/ has pop-ups.

Pop-ups in dot.tk is optional. You can turn it off.

dot.tk has no popups can turn them off.
ulimit has ads like they give Free url redirect by ulimit on the title bar.

I never knew the ads can be turned off but i see many use it. Looks like they didn't about it like me or they really are supporting .tk.

To turn off pop-up for your Dot.TK domain

Log into your myDot.tk account
click on "My Marketing"
select which domain name you want to affect
select radio button that says "No, thanks, I don't want to have a banner on my website."

example with pop-up http://www.freedirect.tk
example without pop-up http://www.invis.tk

Maybe you have a pop-up blocker? i always have pop-up if redirection.
