200 Disk Space

10mbit to 20mbit Unlimated Bandwidth

Cpanal/ Or Something Else Control Panal If Cpanal Possbile Then Its So Nice

1 or 2 GB RAM

Also If TORRENT IS ALLOWED IN SERVER << SEEDING, PEERS, AND WAREZ FILE, MUSIC, MOVIES, PORN, TV-SHOWS ALLOWED IN THAT SERVER THEN ONLY I AM READY TO GET IT BUT ALSO ALL THAT FILES GONNA BE TORRENT

So your asking if you can seed ILLEGAL files on a US server? Lol... Never going to happen.
 
hey i m not joking i am dead serious u guys allowed torrent and allow seeds tell me i can't put porn file make it as torrent

It's illegal dude. Can't be and won't be done and any host provider who allows that deserves to be shut down
 
first off you wont get that for $130 with an 200GB space etc. second yes you can host that stuff in NA. (north america) so yea.. gl
 
you cant in anywhere in america but canada and sweden allow it...

webserve.ca allows it too (canada)
 
go for a russian host or hongkong data centre but uptime and performance will be poor compared to USA datacentres keep this in ur mind.
and also in usa u can ask intercage.com this data centre currently hosting lots of warez sites but they give u reply i have doubt
intercage not offer servers openly and they have very limited capacity.
