reselling of dedicated servers usually just mean the resellers get multiple dedicated servers at cheaper prices. He/she still has to pay upfront for the servers, though.

No but what Jan is saying is how could you possibly know the age of the person that you are doing business with. Of course there are certain tale tale signs just in the way him/her speaks but that can be iffy as well
