I want to upgrade from my current dedicated configuration as follows :

Core i7 860
8 GB ddr3
1 TB HDD
CPanel
10 TB B/W

New server should have :

Better CPU power then current config (will be encoding flv videos using FFMPEG), 1x500 GB + 1x1 TB HDD with free migration.

Before we can make any sort of recommendations or offers, what is the problem with your current server? Do you need more CPU, more RAM, bandwidth?

yeah, i would like to know what is your budget too.
coz your current server is already very powerful, so if you need more powerful, it is either load balance it or run a single server with dual processor and higher RAM.
but then again, the price will be very very high.
so we need to know how much you are willing to spend on the server.

Are you a reseller with them, I have seen very poor reviews about them on WHT and also they seem to be hosting mostly seedboxes which makes their incoming and outgoing connections slow (as suggested by various reviews).

Since when a C2D got better than a Corei7 and the server I currently have with makosolution is just $184/month fully managed - beat this.
 
I recommend you WiredTree services. They are very good in their job. The support is excellent - the tickets are solved in few minutes after sending. A very good company.
