I would agree with other people here. You need to do something to improve it little bit.
Or maybe it would be better to start with affiliate program for the first time?
 
Well, I noticed that you want cPanel/WHM. You'll need to add at least $5-10 to your monthly budget. The lowest costing host I've seen, that is reliable, starts about $15/month. cPanel/WHM isn't cheap, it is also resource intensive. So, you will need to increase your budget.

The disk space and bandwidth isn't a problem though. Its reasonable for a reseller. $8/month would cover the resources, but not cPanel. :)

He is asking for a reseller account, not a VPS or dedi. I have never seen a host that charges extra for cPanel/WHM on a reseller account.
