I've never had a restocking fee.

I've never had a restocking fee either... As long as you told them the product was defective, they would waive it.

Here, when I said something didn't work right, they always charged me a restocking fee if I wanted a refund, but if it was for an exchange, which I usually did... there was no restocking fee for that of course.

This was from experience, I had to exchange three PS3s, and eventually got myself a refund.
