Any FOSS RPG Makers?

WYSIWYG editing is a must (being able to edit sprites in-program, rather than out of program, and splicing them, etc. Being able to define warp points without coding too much, and more; basically: It has to be "Easy-To-Use.")

RPG Maker XP would be nice, but the license costs a lot, and it's not OpenSource.
