It's a blacklist network, but you don't pass user information between each host? If you don't pass information between the different hosts, how does my information get blacklisted on them? It's structured to give out my information to third parties, and it was proven, not only by the email I received, but also, by what you've just stated.
WRONG! As I said before, your information is not distributed to any 3rd party !!!!
Information submitted by any member host to the host blacklist network is one
way encrypted and a hash signature is generated against the information.
When a new applicant tries to signup at any member host, that hosting
provider will use the information on the application to generate a new
encrypted hash and then run a check against the blacklist database
to find out YES or NO if the that hash has been blacklisted by anyone.
The hosts running the checks are doing so with the information from
their own hosting applicants and no actual customer information is
being passed between any of the member hosting services.
(Any interested hosts out there not already members -- contact me)
For a programmer? Or distributing (free(ware)) programs?
You can't even upload an .exe (or .zip containing a .exe file).
WRONG! We do actually allow .EXE files inside .ZIP archives!

I got banned from my own website/cybertoad because I couldn't remember my password (failed ftp login attempts).
We don't ban anyone for failed login attempts ...
Our security will temporily block your IP if it sees you repeatedly trying
wrong passwords but that is in place for your own protection to prevent
anyone from trying to brute force hack your account.
IPs blocked by bad login attempts automatically clear in a couple of hours
or you can contact us and let us know you accidentally blocked yourself
from your own account, we can unlock your IP immediately and also help
you reset your forgotten account password.
Just for reference though, if any account owners forget their password
at Cybertoad Networks then they should contact us at our technical support
department at
support@cybertoad.net for help instead of trying to
repeatedly guess their passwords and then they don't have to worry about
getting into an "accidentally locked out" situation.
But the TOS kills everything.
It sounds like that you too failed to read the TOS since by your own
statement above, you didn't know that we do actually allow ZIP archives
and EXE files inside of ZIP archive files!
do u accept site without domain(i need a subdomain)?
Also mysite is mainly a tutorial site(all by me),Is this acceptable as a non-buisness site?
Yes, we do provide subdomains if you don't have a domain!
Your address would be: (yourchoice).z42.us
Just use your subdomain choice as the domain name on your application!
Regarding your tutorial site question, that would not be considered a
business site as long as you aren't charging anyone for those tutorials.
When we say free plans cannot be use for "business use", we are usually
referring to any sites that are used to sell goods or services.
