Sorry, you got it Wrong. When They Were Launched they Had a Special Offer. And i Know what i am Doing.

Have You seen any Site Occupying 5 GB Space IF they are not File-Sharing OR Rapidkill etc. I am sure you have Not. Most Websites Dont Use Over 500 MB.

And I am sure I know a couple sites that use up massive amounts of space. eyesonff.com has a massive forum as well as a large amount of info that spans the Final Fantasy series. No DL's as far as I know.
