Just do an Remote FTP server (passive mode transfer) backup in cPanel. I believe I gave a little lesson on how to do that on the board.

@ani-m As far as I know Luke had the database backedup so everyones posts will be there. Even if they aren't it doesn't take all that much to get a great plan. ;)

Where did you hear anyone say anything about having to restart posting or having to reapply for your account? Have you tried to login to cPanel using the IP? Your data is still there if you had any in the first place.

Everything but the databases are there. You can even login via ftp, or using http://209.172.35.206/cpanel All our data is there. Everything will all be back up soon.

Same IP and NS as before?

I've recieved 2 payments from them and am waiting on the third. Last two were in April and June.

I know some of the advantages of having a dedicated IP for my site but I was wondering what you all could come up with as good reasons to have one. We can get rid of e-commerce reasons because I don't see that being an issue. At least not for awhile and only for people to pay for subscriptions...

Well the sign up forum is back up now. My website was never down so I assume everyone elses data is still there.

I think I understand a bit better... I'm using my own domain. It's the subdomain accounts are the ones that are having problems, I'll bet.

As far as I know everyones data will be moved to the new server. Everyones accounts will be the same size as they were before.

As was stated earlier the whole thing is being moved to a new server. My site is still up. The main site for FFR is not up more than likely because Luke switched the DNS of the domain to the new server and since it's about... 5 am where he is he hasn't had a chance to upload the phpNuke site and...

Your account was suspended because the provider of the server contacted Luke. He wanted to give you time to fix it. Also you were causing EVERYONE elses sites problems. A lot of the people that post here are resellers and will know exactly what I'm talking about. The hosting is now being moved...
