yeah its a problem with updating my pages.

ill try ctrl + F5 but its kind of off-putting for visiter if i tell them that they need to press ctrl + F5 about 10 times before they can view my site properly.:chinese2:

how can you not tell the difference between "new thread" and "post reply"? :rolleyes:

no its just cuz post reply is on the left hand site and new thread on the right on this m'board that i use and it is just a habit

Well, if a visitor who is visiting your page for the first time, they'll see the most recent files that you have, not the cached old ones that you're seeing. So it doesn't really affect anybody.

This happens to me a lot. The icons look very similar at a quick glance.

But then again the reply page and new thread page are easy to tell apart.

If you want no cache, put this in your header:

<meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache">
<meta http-equiv="no-cache">
<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="-1">
<meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache">

Let me know if it works.
