40-6-390 is reckless driving
There's also Fleeing, weaving, revoked license, etc.
Basically my friend, who has an expired bike license, no insurance, and an expired tag but has been riding and running for at least 3 years (Georgia generally doesn't pursue motorcyclists fleeing) is royally ----ed.
16-10-24, Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer, is pretty bad here

dude, glad to see it is your friend though, and not you man. that blows though.
they will probably drop all except the high ones like; suspended license, fleeing, obstruction, speed over 100, and may hit with the possession and no insurance to top it off. rest will probably be thrown out.
i could see them asking for at least 6 months jail, if not a year, 2 years probation, AA classes, traffic survival, 1 year minimum license suspension. sucks to be him. you should go comfort his hot --- GF.
