.ws domains !! Are they valuable ?

I have one-nice-word-dictionary-domain-name.ws

its a 4 letter domain ..
Are .ws valuable ? Do people use it or give any importance to .ws domains ..

I think they are pretty good, but are not as widely used as .com and the other popular TLDs. I suppose that gets them more points for originality though .
Overall, I think that thesamedomain.com would be more valuable, but if it is a short and one word dictionary domain name (which yours is) then it would probably be pretty valuable.

it would be more valuable on the basis that it is a dictionary word (very rare), rather than the fact that it is a .ws.
